Easy Installation Process

Our mine anchor resin simplifies on-site construction with a 6-step operation process, compatible with common mining equipment:
  1. Drill holes to the required depth (60-80mm shorter than the total length of the bolt) .
  2. Clean the drill holes thoroughly with compressed air to remove dust and debris.
  3. Insert the resin coil into the hole, then use the bolt to push it to the bottom.
  4. Start the air-driven or electric mixer to rotate the bolt (30±5 seconds) and push it to the bottom at a constant speed .
  5. Remove the mixer and wedge the bolt at the hole mouth to avoid displacement before curing.
  6. Install the base plate and tighten the nut after the specified waiting time (15 minutes for fast type, 40 minutes for medium type) to bear load .

Storage & Transportation Guidelines

  • Store in a cool, dry room below 25℃, away from direct sunlight and fire sources .
  • Shelf life is 6 months under standard storage conditions; expired products can be used if they remain soft to the touch .
  • Packaged in hard cartons with woven bag reinforcement; handle with care to avoid dropping or squeezing .
  • Transport as class II flammable goods (railway) or avoid rain and exposure (roadway) .
