Easy Installation Process
Our mine anchor resin simplifies on-site construction with a 6-step operation process, compatible with common mining equipment:
- Drill holes to the required depth (60-80mm shorter than the total length of the bolt) .
- Clean the drill holes thoroughly with compressed air to remove dust and debris.
- Insert the resin coil into the hole, then use the bolt to push it to the bottom.
- Start the air-driven or electric mixer to rotate the bolt (30±5 seconds) and push it to the bottom at a constant speed .
- Remove the mixer and wedge the bolt at the hole mouth to avoid displacement before curing.
- Install the base plate and tighten the nut after the specified waiting time (15 minutes for fast type, 40 minutes for medium type) to bear load .
Storage & Transportation Guidelines
- Store in a cool, dry room below 25℃, away from direct sunlight and fire sources .
- Shelf life is 6 months under standard storage conditions; expired products can be used if they remain soft to the touch .
- Packaged in hard cartons with woven bag reinforcement; handle with care to avoid dropping or squeezing .
- Transport as class II flammable goods (railway) or avoid rain and exposure (roadway) .
